PRINCE2® Foundation

PRINCE2 ® Foundation level je základná úroveň PRINCE2® vzdelania. Cerifikačnej skúške predchádza 3-dňové školenie. Skúška formou testu sa uskutoční tretí deň poobede. Certifikát PRINCE2® Foundation  získate, ak správne na skúšobnom teste odpoviete na 50% otázok.
Všetky otázky sú formou výberu zo 4 možností, pričom len jedna je správne. Školenie aj skúška  PRINCE2 ® sa realizuje v anglickom jazyku. Pokiaľ sa necítite jazykovo a nepoznáte prípadne terminológiu, ponúkame Vám prípravné zaškolenie v slovenčine (vysvetlenie problematiky, metodológie, typických fráz PRINCE2 ), ktoré Vás pripraví na realizovanie školenia a certifikáciu PRINCE2 Foundation .
Aksolvovaním zaškolenia v slovenčine sa vyhnete zdĺhavému predkurzovému samoštúdiu (zhruba 20 hodín študovania poskytnutých materiálov). Budete ovládať projektovú terminológiu, vyskúšate si testové otázky a budete mať dostatočnú prípravu, aby ste  kurz a skúšku PRINCE2 ® Foundation Level úspešne absolvovali. Pokiaľ budete pozorne počúvať na školení PRINCE2  Foundation, tak by skúška nemala byť problém. Dokonca máte možnosť skúšku PRINCE2 ® Foundation opakovať v ten istý deň, takže Vaša sanca získať Certifikát PRINCE2 ® Foundation je o 100% vyššia.

Pokiaľ vlastníte certifikát PRINCE2  Foundation zo staršej verzie 2005, môžete si urobiť prekleňovací kurz PRINCE2 Foundation Bridge 2009. Školenia a kurzy PRINCE2 sa realizujú nielen v Bratislave, ale aj v krajských mestách Trnava, Nitra, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Trenčín a Košice.

PRINCE2® Foundation Examination

From the 6th July 2009 until 31st December 2009, candidates can undertake either the PRINCE2® 2005 Qualification Scheme or the PRINCE2 2009® Qualification Scheme. After the 31st December 2009, the PRINCE2® 2005 exams will no longer be available. Find out more about the www.apmgroup.co.uk.

Syllabus

The Foundation is the first of the two PRINCE2® Examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2® Practitioner. 

This level is aiming to measure whether a candidate would be able to act as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2 method within a project environment supporting PRINCE2®. To this end they need to show they understand the principles and terminology of the method, specifically, candidates must be able to:

 

  • Describe the purpose and major content of all roles, the eight components, the eight processes and the sub-processes, and the techniques
  • State which management products are input to, and output from the eight processes
  • State the main purpose, and key contents, of the major management products
  • State the relationships between processes, deliverables, roles and the management dimensions of a project.

PRINCE2® 2009 Qualification Scheme - Foundation Examination Format

  • Multiple choice format
  • 75 questions per paper
  • 5 questions to be trial and not counted in scores
  • 35 marks required (out of 70 available) to pass - 50%

PRINCE2 2005 Qualification Scheme - Foundation Examination Format

  • Multiple choice format
  • 75 questions per paper
  • One hour duration
  • 38 correct answers are required to pass - 50%
  • Closed-book.
